Boyd Hall houses approximately 70 students in a co-ed, traditional residence hall style setting.  Boyd Hall offers designated single rooms to students: the opportunity to have a private room, for the rate of a double room. The building is centrally located on campus,  is co-ed by floor, and has community style bathroom facilities for each floor.  The building has air conditioning only in the main lobby, which also consists of a lounge with TV, and pool table.  Each floor also has lounge space as well. Apartments are available in Boyd Hall for students with specific accommodations needs.
